Flower Framers was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The founder, being a passionate gardner, was inspired by the beautiful flower boxes adorning windows and balconies throughout Europe’s urban areas and countryside.  

He decided to reintroduce the concept of window boxes to American gardeners using better technology and construction. He started working on the concept in the early 1990s and has perfected the system over the years, while also adding additional accessories to create a nearly maintenance-free flower box gardening experience. 

Flower Framers has been a favorite with home gardeners everywhere. The commercial sector also has embraced Flower Framers window boxes and they now embellish tourist destinations across America including resorts, hotels, cafes, planned communities, amusement parks and historic districts.
